Users who miss a meeting or join late can catch up in seconds rather than scrubbing through a full recording, and automatically generated post-meeting summaries can be shared with all attendees.

AI Companion 3.0, launched in December 2025, introduced agentic capabilities that represent a significant leap beyond traditional meeting summarization.

The system can now retrieve information across meeting summaries, transcripts, notes, and connected third-party applications including Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive.

Prompt templates automate recurring post-meeting workflowsfor example, the Post Meeting Follow Up template generates follow-up task lists and drafts email messages based on meeting discussions and identified to-dos.
