Created by Nathan Sobo one of the original developers behind the Atom text editor Zed reimagines what a developer tool can be in the age of AI-assisted programming, delivering an editing experience that renders at up to 120 frames per second while incorporating state-of-the-art AI agents that work alongside developers rather than merely responding to individual prompts.
