Sanctum handles model compatibility checking and download management, making the technically complex process of running local LLMs as straightforward as browsing an app storeusers check compatibility with their hardware, download the chosen model, and begin using it immediately without command-line configuration.

Document processing is available in a fully private environment: users can chat with PDF files, ask questions about document contents, and generate summaries without the document content ever leaving their device or passing through any external server.
