I tested Parker by planning a fictional 6-year-old's dinosaur party with a $300 budget — what came back was specific enough to actually use: 12 themed activities scaled to age, a decoration list with quantities that hit budget, a hour-by-hour schedule covering the 2-hour party window, and a short list of local cake bakers in my area. The activity recommendations were the strongest part — age-appropriate, not too crafty, designed to keep kids moving. The local-vendor recommendations were uneven (good in metro areas, thinner in smaller markets). For first-time parents and for anyone who finds themselves planning the same party every year, Parker is a real time-saver.
