I tested Myna for a small services-business use case (the kind where SMS confirmations and inbound voice calls both matter). The setup-to-running time was about 20 minutes including integrating with the existing CRM and pointing the agent at the website FAQ. The 10DLC compliance management was the standout feature — most operators I know have postponed running SMS marketing for months because the registration process is annoying, and Myna handled it without my involvement. The voice agent quality was good for routine inquiries (hours, services, pricing) but predictable in failure mode for complex multi-turn booking. For multi-channel small operators who care about SMS plus voice, this is a real time-saver. For pure-chat use cases on a Shopify store, dedicated e-commerce chatbots remain a tighter fit.
