Unlike traditional scheduling tools that require the meeting host to share a booking link and the invitee to pick a slot, Meet-Ting operates entirely within existing email and messaging workflows making adoption seamless for both the user and their meeting counterparts.

Meet-Ting can be delegated to manage meetings involving up to five guests simultaneously handling the full coordination workflow including booking, rescheduling when conflicts arise, sending pre-call briefs to participants, and managing no-show follow-ups.

Each week, Ting proactively checks in to help align the user's calendar with their stated priorities, suggesting scheduling adjustments that keep the most important meetings protected and clearly placed.

The AI learning layer is central to Meet-Ting's long-term value: Ting builds understanding of how the user actually works their preferences for meeting times, duration tolerances, buffer requirements, and scheduling patterns and applies this intuition to make increasingly personalised scheduling decisions over time.
