FloorCapture is a floor plan generation platform that creates accurate, professional floor plans from smartphone photos and video walkthroughs of spaces. Real estate agents, property managers, architects, and interior designers use it to produce floor plans without manual measurement or drafting work pointing a camera at a space and receiving a dimensioned, publication-ready floor plan.
The platform's AI processes spatial relationships from visual input, inferring room dimensions, door and window placement, and layout geometry from the photographic data.
While not a substitute for precision survey measurement in construction contexts, the accuracy is sufficient for real estate marketing, interior planning, and property management purposes where professional-grade floor plans have previously required expensive measurement services.
