Eggheads

I evaluated Eggheads for a mid-size services org (~400 employees) where the existing compliance training had completion rates around 70% with self-reported engagement that was honestly low. The Microsoft Teams delivery was the killer feature — content lands in the same chat surface where people work, not as a separate browser tab they have to remember to open. Completion rates climbed materially in the first quarter; more importantly, retention check-ins showed people actually remembered the material weeks later, which long-form video courses rarely deliver. Where Eggheads is weaker is for highly skill-based training (technical certifications, hands-on tooling) where the chat format can't substitute for actual practice. For knowledge-based compliance and awareness training in distributed teams using Teams, this is one of the better entries in the category.
