I evaluated Ariglad for a SaaS team running a 200-article KB with about 800 monthly support tickets — the size where KB maintenance becomes a part-time job nobody wants. After two weeks of integration, Ariglad surfaced 27 knowledge gaps from ticket-topic analysis and wrote draft articles for the top 10. Of those drafts, 7 needed minor edits before publishing, 3 needed substantive rewrites — net positive on team time. The duplicate-detection layer found 14 article pairs that should be merged, which is exactly the kind of work that gets postponed indefinitely. For support orgs with a real KB and ticket volume, this is one of the better entries in the category. For very small teams, the manual approach is still fine — the tool's value scales with content volume.
