Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using any part of the SEOGANT platform you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts in your jurisdiction to use SEOGANT. Corporations and other legal entities may also register.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.

4. Listing rules

Sellers must only list assets they own or have legal authority to sell. All financial data provided in listings must be accurate and verifiable. Intentionally misleading listings will result in immediate removal and potential account suspension.

5. Bidding and buying

A bid is a binding commitment to purchase at that price if your bid closes successfully. Withdrawing a winning bid without cause may result in account restrictions and forfeiture of any applicable deposit.

6. Escrow and payments

All funds are held in escrow by SEOGANT until both parties confirm deal completion. Release of funds follows the agreed transfer and inspection period. Disputes escalated to the SEOGANT team will be reviewed by a human mediator.

7. Fees

SEOGANT charges a success fee on closed transactions. The applicable fee rate is displayed on the Pricing page. Fees are deducted from proceeds and are due immediately upon deal completion.

8. Prohibited conduct

You may not: list or purchase stolen or fraudulent assets; engage in shill bidding; attempt to circumvent the platform's fee structure; conduct abusive, harassing, or illegal behavior toward other users; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to platform systems.

9. Limitation of liability

SEOGANT is a marketplace platform and is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEOGANT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

10. Termination

SEOGANT may suspend or terminate any account at our discretion for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or legal compliance requirements. Users may delete their account at any time via account settings.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance, followed by binding arbitration if unresolved.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified at least 14 days in advance via email.
